Staff Engineers on the team lead the architecture, technical direction, and execution of strategic, complex, and business-critical initiatives. You will partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to solve high-impact problems and ensure the platform can reliably support evolving business needs.\nAs a senior technical leader, you will bring clarity to ambiguous initiatives; establish durable patterns across teams; and maintain the overall health of the Brand platform. This role expands technical-leadership coverage across Brand while helping LTK deliver reliable, scalable experiences that support our Brands and Creators.\nHow you will make an impact\nProvide technical leadership across the Brand platform, leading strategic, complex, and business-critical initiatives wherever they arise.\nDefine and evolve architecture for complex, cross-team product and platform initiatives.\nLead the technical strategy, decomposition, and execution of critical projects from discovery through delivery.\nPartner with product, design, data, and platform teams to align technical decisions with customer, platform-health, and business outcomes.\nEstablish scalable patterns, APIs, and system boundaries that enable teams to move quickly while improving reliability and maintainability.\nIdentify and reduce technical risks, dependencies, and sources of operational complexity before they become delivery constraints.\nRaise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, technical coaching, and mentorship of engineers and emerging technical leaders.\nMaintain overall platform health by strengthening observability, quality practices, operational readiness, and cross-team execution.\nTranslate ambiguous business needs into clear technical direction, practical milestones, and durable solutions.\nWhat you will bring to LTK\n8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience leading the architecture and delivery of complex, distributed systems.\nDemonstrated success operating as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader across multiple teams or domains.\nStrong systems-design skills, including the ability to make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs across performance, reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.\nExperience leading high-impact initiatives that require coordination across engineering, product, design, data, and platform partners.\nA track record of turning ambiguous product and business problems into clear technical strategies and executable plans.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.\nA coaching mindset and demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and grow technical leadership across teams.\nCommitment to engineering excellence, including quality, operational ownership, observability, and continuous improvement.\nA mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency\nDedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence\nAdaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment\nA growth mindset and openness to feedback\nWhat we offer for full-time salaried employees\nThe opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce\nA remote-first, productivity-first environment\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family\n401(k) with LTK company matching\nMedical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance\nPaid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave\nSummer Fridays and Flexible PTO\nFor temporary full-time employees, benefits eligibility may vary\nAbout LTK\nFounded in 2011, LTK is the global technology platform purpose-built to empower lifestyle creators to monetize their content.
