Serve as a bridge between non-technical business units and technical development teams to clarify requirements and track progress.\nTesting & Validation: Support Quality Assurance (QA) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scripts and validating that delivered solutions meet business standards.\nData Analysis & Reporting: Utilize SQL along with reporting and visualization tools to analyze data, build dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and present insights to senior leadership.\nProject Support: Assist project managers with scope tracking, risk management,
