reports\nHighlight risks recurring issues and quality gaps to the lead and project team\nSupport continuous improvement in QA processes and test coverage\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in web QA CMS QA\nExperience validating AEMbased websites or similar CMS platforms\nGood understanding of functional testing regression testing and browser testing\nStrong eye for detail in content layout and page behavior validation\nExperience with defect tracking tools and QA documentation\nBasic understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS links metadata and page structure\nGood communication and coordination skills\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in accessibility validation and responsive testing\nFamiliarity with SEO checks redirects and publishing validation\nExposure to AEM WordPress WorkFront ADO Jira or similar tools\nExperience in enterprise website release validation\nExperience Range\n3 years\nSuccess Measures\nHigh QA pass rate\nLow escaped defects after publish\nStrong
