Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and semantic models.\n·Apply hands-on Kyvos experience (mandatory) to design, develop, optimise, and support Kyvos-based analytical solutions.\n··Develop and optimise Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets to meet business and performance requirements.\n··Design scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance BI data models.\n·Use GCP BigQuery knowledge to support data processing and analytical workloads.\nOwnership and Collaboration·Work as a hands-on, self-driven technical leader with end-to-end ownership, from requirements and architecture through implementation and production support.\n·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions into the broader enterprise data architecture.\n·Mentor and guide BI developers and analysts while remaining hands-on with solution design and technical problem-solving.\nImprovement and Governance·Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\n·Drive innovation and the adoption of modern BI tools, technologies, and engineering practices.\n·Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, security, compliance, performance, and BI development standards.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nArchitecture and Delivery·Architect and oversee end-to-end BI solutions, with strong ownership of Kyvos-based architecture and implementation.\n·Design, develop, and optimise Kyvos semantic and analytical models for enterprise-scale BI use cases.\n·Lead the development and deployment of Power BI semantic models to improve governed data access and business insights.\n··Manage and optimise Power BI environments for performance, scalability, and usability.\n··Evaluate and integrate GCP BigQuery capabilities with the overall BI architecture as required.\nStakeholder Engagement and Technical Direction·Engage directly with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n·Collaborate with data engineering, platform, and analytics teams to streamline data workflows.\n·Provide strategic and technical direction on BI architecture and technology adoption.\nQuality, Troubleshooting, and Continuous Improvement·Conduct technical and code reviews, and enforce BI development and deployment standards.\n·Independently troubleshoot complex BI performance, data-modelling, and integration issues, and drive them to closure.\n·Demonstrate a self-driven, ownership-oriented mindset, proactively driving deliverables
