Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Support / Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end production support and production management for Check Operations applications. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on expertise in SQL, Splunk, Linux/Windows, scripting, incident management, and automation, along with the ability to manage critical production issues and coordinate effectively with technical and business teams. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end production and application support, ensuring reliable daily delivery of technology services.Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues under tight deadlines, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive issues through resolution.Develop and execute complex SQL queries for troubleshooting, data analysis, validation, and production investigations.Use Splunk SPL to search application logs, monitor systems, investigate incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.Provide hands-on support across Linux and Windows environments.Automate operational and repetitive activities using Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, VBScript, and Bash.Lead and participate in incident
