Lead frontend development initiatives within the UICLOUDNATIVE skill cluster family Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on React and modern JavaScript practices Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow Drive adoption of cloudnative principles in frontend architecture and development Participate in sprint planning estimation and timely delivery of features Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in UI development Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate new frontend technologies to enhance the stack
