For more information, please visit .\nWe are seeking an experienced salesforce Business Analyst with a strong consulting background to work closely with business stakeholder’s product owners and technical teams to identify business challenges define requirements and drive transformational initiatives The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions.\nLondon UK \nFTE \nSalesforce Business analyst \nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives business processes challenges and opportunitiesConduct workshops interviews and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements\nAnalyse current state processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization\nDefine future state business processes and recommend solutions aligned with business goals\nPrepare business requirements documents BRD functional specifications user stories process flows and use cases\nPerform gap analysis impact assessments and root cause analysis\nCollaborate with cross functional teams including product engineering QA and operations teams\nSupport solution design discussions and validate proposed solutions against business requirements\nFacilitate stakeholder reviews requirements signoffs and change management activitiesAssist in user acceptance testing UAT training and deployment activitiesPresent recommendations and project updates to senior management and clientsRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration engineering information systems computer science or a related field5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in consulting transformation or advisory engagementsExperience working with enterprise applications such as CRM ERP CPQ CLM Salesforce platform.
