debt and platform constraints early and drive their resolution\nProvide technical oversight throughout implementation testing release and transition to operations\nCommunicate architecture decisions and their business implications clearly to executive stakeholders\nSupport strategic pursuits through solution shaping estimates proposals and client presentations\nRequired qualifications\nSignificant experience delivering enterprise CRM transformations including leadership of large Salesforce programs\nDemonstrated ownership of architecture across multiple Salesforce products and enterprise systems\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and development platform limits integration patterns data architecture security and deployment practices\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP customer data digital and other enterprise platforms\nAbility to balance business value delivery speed cost scalability and longterm maintainability\nExperience leading distributed teams and coordinating architecture across multiple vendors\nStrong consulting facilitation executive communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to challenge requirements constructively and build alignment around clear recommendations\nPreferred qualifications\nSalesforce Application Architect System Architect or Certified Technical Architect credentials\nExperience
