systems and troubleshot production issuesDeep expertise in at least 2 of Sales Cloud architecture Service Cloud configuration Marketing Cloud EngagementData Cloud AgentforceEinstein Copilot Commerce Cloud or integration design APIs middleware ETL patternsProficiency with SQL and data modeling Comfortable with APIs and APIfirst architecture Can design pseudocode or explain data pipelines Software engineer background not required but technical fluency isFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure databases identity management and compliance frameworks Comfort asking smart questions about adjacent
