all data related activities for the S4 migration program The role ensures the successful extraction transformation cleansing validation and migration of data from SAP ECC to SAP S4 HANA and is critical to enabling a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations The role acts as the central point of coordination between business and technical teams ensuring data integrity governance and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle The role has extensive interaction with business stakeholders and customer leadership all functional SAP user groups the project delivery teams and global ST as well as core project teams in PMO and change management team to ensure project success.\nÂ\nResponsibilities\nBusiness Data Strategy GovernanceDrive the business side data strategy for the SAP S4HANA migration programAct as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and project data teams to ensure alignment and eliminate communication gapsEstablish governance processes to support data related decision making throughout the project lifecycleData Cleansing Data Quality ManagementLead the data cleansing initiative where relevant in collaboration with business users within ECC production and MDG systemsEnsure business ownership of data quality and drive remediation of legacy data issues before migrationMonitor and track progress of cleansing activities to meet migration readiness timelinesData Migration Strategy WorkshopsSupport and facilitate business workshops and working sessions to align on the data migration strategyProvide clarity to stakeholders regarding migration scope transformation rules and validation expectationsEnsure business understanding and agreement on migration approachData Validation UAT Business SignoffWork closely with business teams to design and execute data validation processesFacilitate execution of UAT cycles and obtain formal business signoff on test outcomes\nIdentify and plan optimisation and improvements to UAT processes in advance of cutover preparation and go live\nBlueprint Requirements Gathering\nLead blueprint and requirement gathering sessions with sector business and IT teams including\nDesigning remediation and enhancements for data maintenance tools\nDefining field mappings required for data migration including mandatory changes such as Vendor Customer to Business Partner BP conversionPartner with business to activate new functionalities in S4HANA eg ePPDSBusiness Readiness for Go LiveSupport the project team in ensuring business readiness for go live programs and escalating risks to program management when neededQualifications Key Skills and Experiences\nProven experience leading data migration workstreams in largescale Digital ProjectsStrong understanding of SAP data structures value streams eg RTR MTD OTC etc and integration pointsExperience with data cleansing data quality management and governance frameworks\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence align and gain commitment across functions geographies and levels of the organisation\nAbility to translate business requirements into
