The role requires a proactive professional who can design, implement, monitor, secure, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security across business operations.\n\nResponsibilities: \nManage and maintain network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.\nMonitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and availability.\nConfigure, implement, and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and intrusion detection systems.\nDesign and manage load balancing solutions for optimal network traffic distribution.\nConfigure and administer Cisco switches, routers, wireless access points, and controllers.\nImplement and support Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions.\nManage MPLS network configurations and connectivity.\nAdminister IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions.\nUtilize SolarWinds and other monitoring tools to identify and resolve network issues.\nPerform network upgrades, patching activities, and security enhancements.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to support business applications and deployments.\nAutomate routine network administration tasks using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and policies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.\nCreate and maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.\nMentor and support junior network engineers and administrators.\n\nRequirements: \nPrimary Skills: Cisco Firewall, Cisco FMC, Cisco FTD, Cisco ASA.\nSecondary Skills: Routing and Switching, Wireless Access Points, Network Security, Cloud Networking, Load Balancers.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n7 to 10 years of experience in Network Administration.\nStrong expertise in network security technologies including Firewalls, VPNs, Proxies, and Intrusion Detection Systems.\nExperience managing enterprise networks in both on-premises and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing Protocols, and Network Security Frameworks.\nHands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless access points, and controllers.\nGood knowledge of SDN and MPLS technologies.\nExperience with IPAM solutions.\nProficiency in SolarWinds network monitoring tools.\nExperience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teams.\nPreferred Qualifications: CCNA Certification, CCNP Certification, and AWS Advanced Networking Certification.\nExperience in cloud migration projects.\nKnowledge of network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.\nExperience with network automation platforms and tools.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices and enterprise security frameworks.\nStrong ownership and accountability.\nAbility to manage critical enterprise network environments.\nPassion for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.\nStrong focus on network security, availability, and
