Job Description
Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium Testing Automation and BDD methodologies to ensure highquality software delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development QA and DevOps to integrate automated testing within CICD pipelines Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decisionmaking Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and BehaviorDriven Development Support continuous improvement of testing strategies and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and BDD frameworks
Design comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with Java test automation best practices
Identify document and track defects working closely with developers for timely resolution
Mentor junior team members on automation best practices tools and methodologies
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback related to test automation
Optimize existing automation frameworks to improve scalability and performance
Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to process improvements within the testing lifecycle
