APIs, messaging, and event-driven patterns.\n\n- Lead application modernization initiatives including monolith-to-microservices transformations.\n\nSecurity & Compliance:\n\n- Ensure security-by-design principles are integrated into solution architectures.\n\n- Define authentication and authorization strategies using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and IAM.\n\n- Conduct architecture risk assessments and security reviews.\n\n- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.\n\n- Implement secure coding practices and vulnerability management processes.\n\nPerformance & Scalability:\n\n- Design systems capable of supporting enterprise-scale workloads.\n\n- Define performance benchmarks and non-functional requirements.\n\n- Conduct capacity planning and architecture performance reviews.\n\n- Optimize applications, databases, caching, and infrastructure components.\n\nQuality Engineering & Testing:\n\n- Promote test-driven and quality-first engineering practices.\n\n- Define automated testing strategies including unit, integration, API, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.\n\n- Collaborate with QA teams to establish quality standards and release governance.\n\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management:\n\n- Provide technical leadership to development teams.\n\n- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and engineering teams.\n\n- Lead architecture review boards and technical governance discussions.\n\n- Participate in pre-sales, solution estimation, and technical proposal activities where required.\n\nRequired Technical Skills:\n\n- Microsoft Technologies: Nodejs, Angular/React, C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework / .NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, Azure DevOps (preferred).\n\n- AWS Cloud: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudFormation/Terraform.\n\n- MEAN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js.\n\n- Architecture & Design: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, API Gateway Patterns, Integration Patterns,
