product teams to ensure quality acceptance criteria are met.Identify log track and manage defects using test management tools and work with developers for timely resolution.Conduct root cause analysis RCA on defects and implement corrective actions to reduce defect escape.Integrate automated testing with continuous integration and continuous delivery CICD pipelines.Monitor test execution progress and report test results and metrics.Advocate for automation best practices methodologies and tools within the team.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and
