desktop and mobile experiences before and after publishing\nSupport content updates across development QAPPEUAT staging and production environments\nEnsure content follows brand accessibility SEO security and publishing governance standards\nTrack work items dependencies approvals and delivery timelines using Azure DevOps ADO or similar tools\nParticipate in sprint planning release coordination production deployments and postrelease validation\nIdentify and resolve content issues such as broken links formatting problems missing assets metadata gaps and component issues\nEvent and Launch Support\nProvide content production support for major events campaigns product launches and executive announcements\nParticipate in event readiness reviews content validation publishing rehearsals and launch checkpoints\nSupport urgent or timesensitive publishing during event windows\nProvide afterhours or extended support when required for critical launches\nCoordinate rapid resolution of production content issues with technical teams\nRequired Skills\n4 years of experience in web content production content authoring or digital publishing\n3 years of handson AEM authoring experience\nStrong knowledge of AEM Sites Assets components templates workflows Content Fragments and Experience Fragments\nExperience supporting enterprisescale websites\nWorking knowledge of HTML CSS metadata SEO URLs redirects and accessibility\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests\nStrong stakeholder communication and coordination skills\nExperience working in AgileScrum environments\nMicrosoft Technology Experience\nExperience with the following is preferred\nAzure and cloudhosted web platforms\nAzure DevOps\nMicrosoft Teams\nSharePoint\nPower BI\nPower
