capture decisions, owners, due dates, and escalation actions.\nIdentify and escalate schedule, capacity, security, compliance, operational, vendor, and consumer-adoption risks early.\nCoordinate readiness for production changes, including security reviews, SLO/SLI alignment, incident readiness, support ownership, and runbook coverage.\nPrepare concise and evidence-based status reporting for senior engineering and product leadership, including progress, forecast, risks, dependencies, decisions required, and outcomes.\nSupport change management and communications for teams integrating with new identity services, APIs, events, authentication flows, and standards.\nTrack programme benefits and outcomes such as legacy components retired, migration adoption, reduced operational toil, improved reliability, security-risk reduction, and delivery of customer-facing capabilities.\nCoordinate vendor evaluation, procurement or onboarding dependencies, integration plans, and partner delivery where relevant.\nEnsure that operational ownership, knowledge transfer, documentation, and support models are agreed before a migration workstream is closed.\nRequired/Mandatory experience and skills\n10-15 years of experience in technical project management, technical programme management, delivery management, or a closely related role.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex platform migrations, service modernization, system integration, or multi-team technology programmes.\nStrong cross-team dependency management across engineering, product, security, architecture, operations, data, and external partners.\nExperience managing an integrated plan across multiple workstreams, teams, release dates, shared dependencies, and changing priorities.\nStrong governance and reporting skills, including decision logs, RAID registers, milestone tracking, delivery forecasting, and executive-level status reporting.\nExperience driving decisions and escalation when ownership, scope, sequencing, capacity, or technical dependencies are unclear.\nPractical understanding of software delivery and architecture concepts, including APIs, service boundaries, event-driven systems, data migration, backward compatibility, cloud environments, and production readiness.\nExperience coordinating phased migrations, parallel runs, consumer onboarding, cutovers, rollback planning, and post-release validation.\nAbility to understand identity and access management concepts and coordinate work involving authentication, authorization, sessions, identity data, tokens, SSO, and identity-provider integrations.\nStrong risk-management skills, especially for security-sensitive, customer-critical, high-availability platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
