The role requires deep expertise in Plant Condition Management System (PCMS), inspection data management, RBI strategies, and mechanical integrity compliance. The consultant will work closely with inspection teams, reliability engineers, and IT to ensure data accuracy, asset reliability, and regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure and maintain PCMS master data for Static Equipment, PSV, Piping, and Pipelines including asset hierarchies, inspection points, and corrosion loops. Ensure timely deliverables within SLA due dates.\nManage and execute inspection data workflows in PCMS including data entry, validation, and quality checks for integrity assessments.\nDevelop and implement RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) programs for pressure vessels, piping circuits, and safety critical equipment.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Inspection, Reliability, Operations) for inspection planning and execution.\nPerform thickness monitoring, corrosion rate calculations, and remaining life assessments using PCMS.\nTrack and manage damage mechanisms and corrosion circuits for pipelines and static equipment.\nGenerate and maintain inspection schedules aligned with mechanical integrity and compliance requirements (OSHA PSM, API standards).\nConduct fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations and track repair/mitigation actions within PCMS.\nSupport PSV inspection, testing, and certification tracking in PCMS including compliance reporting.\nEnable integration with CMMS systems (SAP PM / Maximo) for seamless maintenance execution and work order linkage.\nDevelop dashboards and reports for asset condition, corrosion trends, and inspection KPIs to support decision making.\nPerform trend analysis and anomaly detection for corrosion and degradation mechanisms.\nSupport ACD (Asset Condition Data) lifecycle management including inspection data updates and validation.\nEnsure accurate mapping of inspection data to equipment and piping systems for condition-based maintenance.\nOptimize inspection intervals and maintenance strategies to improve reliability and reduce downtime.\nMonitor data integrity and drive continuous improvement in PCMS usage and governance.\nProvide technical documentation, SOPs, and user training for PCMS processes and best practices.\nDeliver insights for turnaround planning, capital projects, and risk mitigation strategies using PCMS data.\nRequired Skills & Expertise:\nExpert in PCMS for Asset Integrity & Mechanical Integrity Management\nStrong experience in Static Equipment, PSV, Piping & Pipeline Integrity\nProficient in corrosion monitoring, damage mechanism tracking, and inspection data management\nHands-on expertise in RBI planning & execution (API 580/581)\nExperience in thickness monitoring, corrosion rate analysis, and remaining life calculations\nStrong understanding of OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, and industry standards (API, ASME)\nExperience in PCMS-CMMS integration (SAP PM / Maximo)\nAbility to generate condition monitoring dashboards and analytical reports\nKnowledge of fitness-for-service (API 579) assessments and repair tracking\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for integrity and reliability improvement\nExperience in managing large-scale asset data for Run & Maintenance environments\nProficient in MS Office and familiarity with digital inspection tools and reporting systems\nMandatory Requirement:\nValid PCMS Certification (Plant Condition Management System) is MUST\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Corrosion Engineering\nCertification in API 510 / 570 / 653 / 580 / 579 is preferred\nExperience in Oil & Gas upstream / midstream / downstream operations\nQualification:\nEngineering Degree or equivalent with 10+ Years Experience\n“LTTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a clear policy against discrimination based on age, disability, sex, race, religion or belief, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, or sexual orientation.
