\nLead end-to-end embedded product development from requirements, architecture, design, development, validation, testing, and product release.\nDevelop and review embedded firmware across all layers, including Bootloader, Low-Level Drivers, Middleware, Communication Stacks, and Application Layer.\nDesign and implement firmware using RTOS and Bare-Metal environments.\nDevelop low-level drivers and interfaces for microcontrollers and embedded hardware.\nDesign and optimise motion control algorithms for industrial automation products.\nWork closely with hardware, mechanical, and system engineering teams for product integration.\nDrive firmware quality through design reviews, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis.\nMentor engineers while remaining actively involved in firmware development.\n\nRequirements: \n11-18 years of embedded firmware development experience.\nStrong experience in Power Electronics, Motion Control, and Industrial Automation.\nHands-on expertise in Embedded C/C++.\nStrong experience in RTOS and Bare-Metal firmware development.\nHands-on experience in Low-Level Driver Development.\nExperience across firmware layers: Bootloader, Low-Level Drivers, Middleware, Communication Stack, Application Firmware.\nExperience with industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CAN/CANopen, PROFINET, and IO-Link.\nExperience in Servo Drives, Frequency Inverters, Motion Controllers, or Motor Control products.\nStrong understanding of Motion Control Algorithms.\nHands-on experience with embedded debugging and hardware bring-up.\nExposure to embedded cybersecurity concepts including Secure Boot, Cryptography, Secure Firmware Updates, or similar security features.\n\nPreferred Background: \nCandidates
