If you bring strong hands-on experience with SPS Commerce (EDI) and retailer portals, we want to meet you!\nSnapshot\nHiring Budget: [TBD]\n Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week) | Days & Hours TBD\nWork Type: Part-Time Remote\n RequirementsHands-on experience processing retail purchase orders and invoices through SPS Commerce (EDI)\nDirect experience creating and managing Amazon shipments (FBA and/or Vendor Central)\nProven experience scheduling LTL/parcel freight and strictly adhering to retailer routing guides\nProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for order tracking and inventory monitoring\nAbility to learn new software platforms quickly, including 3PL systems and retailer portals\nStrong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail with zero tolerance for minor errors\nExcellent, responsive communication skills with proactive issue-escalation habits\nBackground in retail, wholesale, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred\n What you'll doReceive, review, and process retail POs in SPS Commerce against pricing, item numbers, quantities, and ship windows, flagging any discrepancies immediately\nRelease orders to the 3PL, confirming correct setup, routing, packing, and labeling (carton labels, packing slips, routing guides)\nSubmit routing requests through retailer portals, schedule LTL/parcel pickups, send ASNs on time, and ensure on-time dispatch\nCreate and manage Amazon FBA/Vendor Central shipments adhering strictly to prep and labeling requirements\nSubmit invoices via SPS Commerce/portals, collect Bills of Lading/PODs, and actively track/dispute chargebacks and deductions\nMaintain an active order tracker, monitor 3PL inventory levels, and send weekly status reports covering open orders, shipments, and billing\nSuccess looks likeZero retailer compliance chargebacks, fines, or shipping label deductions due to order processing errors\n100% on-time ASN submission and shipment dispatch within designated ship windows\nFull alignment across 3PL inventory and active order tracking status reports\n Tech Checklist - Gotta Have It!A reliable computer (at least with Windows 10 and i5 processor), a stable high-speed internet of 100 MBPS connection and back up for both.
