Management, Foods and Dietetics or Home Economics and at least 3 years relevant experience, in a wind farm camps environment, on-site role.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\nOPERATIONS\n\nAssist Camps management to plan, organise, direct, and coordinate wind farm functions\n\nCoordinate with the facility manager supervisors, for efficient management of staff accommodation bookings at the Satellite Camps/Barriers.\n\nProvide customer service support to Camps Management in engagement with clients at the Satellite Camps/Barriers.\n\nOversee service provision at all Satellite Camps/Barriers:Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Groundskeeping, Facility maintenance.\n\nEnsure all Satellite Camp irrigation systems are in good working order.\n\nEnsure all power systems (Solar & Generator) are in good working order and adequately fuelled.\n\nDaily Satellite Camp POB confirmation\n\nAssist in the planning and execution of annual calendar events/functions/open days.\n\nRegular posting on Safety Culture and monitoring/close out of Camps related issues.\n\nMonitor and coordinate to ensure utility water is available at all Satellite Camps; – Boreholes/Pipeline/Reticulation/Deliveries.\n\nMonitor Satellite Camps Access Control requests and handle standby cards.\n\nWork towards achieving all KPI’s set for the year and maintain relevant documentation.\n\nIncident reporting.\n\nBoreholes/Pipelines routine checks and reporting.\n\nConduct weekly inspection at various camps (zones).\n\n COMPLIANCE OVERSIGHT\n\nSupervise services providers (SLA’s) when performing Satellite Camps facility maintenance works ref. – Kitchen, Laundry, Fumigation, ROP, STP, Access control, HVAC etc\n\nEnsure compliance with LTWP’s OHS Policy and related procedures across the Camps.\n\nESMS – Camps Management Plan – Join in on inspections for audit compliance.\n\nEnsure All LTWP Camps/Barriers comply ref HSE, ESMS and HACCP.\n\nEnsure Summit Top Camp complies ref HSE, ESMS and HACCP.\n\nAct in compliance with LTWP policies & procedures, and HSE Golden Rules.\n\n REPORTING\n\n Prompt report of non-compliance of service delivery, to Camps Management.\n\nWeekly Camps Operations report update/generation.\n\n OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nTo support the behaviour of working as LTWP, sharing best practice, and collaborating with colleagues outside of own sphere of business.\n\nTo ensure full participation in the Performance Appraisal Review (PAR) process and maintain an up-to-date record of all training and development activities/programs.\n\nTo always act and behave in a way compliant with all LTWP company guidelines and policies, especially those relating to values and behaviours, environmental health and safety,
