Enablement Specialist

The Role

As an Enablement Specialist (all genders), you'll drive how Lucanet's customers, partners, and consultants get trained, onboarded, and set up to succeed with our software, owning the training logistics and learning infrastructure that keep our Professional Services organization running.

You'll report into the Professional Services Enablement team, working closely with the trainer community, Customer Success, and our Partner team to design and deliver trainings for customers, partners, and consultants. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end logistics for monthly customer and partner trainings, from database setup to trainer coordination
• Drive the SANA learning platform rollout for customers and partners, building on our internal launch
• Design and continuously improve enablement content and learning journeys for customers, partners, and consultants
• Track and report on training NPS to measure and improve enablement effectiveness
• Create digital learning content, including videos and self-paced materials
• Support integration work between SANA and other tools, including Salesforce, as adoption grows

What you bring to the table

• Experience in enablement, learning and development, or a closely related training function
• Managed end-to-end logistics for recurring training programs, coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, confident working directly with trainers, customers, and partners
• A mindset geared toward measuring enablement effectiveness and translating data into improvements
• Experience creating digital learning content using video tools such as Vimeo
• Familiarity with learning management systems similar to SANA
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning or productivity tools
