You’ll guide customers on video calls, troubleshoot technical issues hands-on, and support their move from on-premise to the cloud, growing your technical skills with every implementation.\nYou’ll join our Technical Customer Operations team, a collaborative group supporting a growing international customer base through their transition to Lucanet. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues who are invested in your growth, and with the technical stakeholders on the customer side.
