Together, you’ll shape how Lucanet’s multi-cloud Salesforce environment supports lead-to-cash and case management processes across the business. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.\nWhat you'll do\nGather and document requirements from Sales, Service, Finance and other teams for Salesforce enhancements, fixes and new features\nWrite user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation in Jira that engineers can build against\nFacilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify scope and edge cases before handoff to engineering\nPlan UAT, design test cases and support testing using structured business analysis methods\nMaintain traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality, so what’s built matches what was asked\nFlag process, data access and governance gaps early, before they affect delivery\nPartner with the Salesforce Product Owner on backlog grooming, prioritisation and delivery sequencing\nUse AI tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation and process definition\nWhat you bring to the table\nYou have\nDelivered business analysis on Salesforce implementations end to end, from first workshop to UAT sign-off, with light day-to-day guidance\nA track record of running stakeholder workshops and turning competing input into clear, agreed scope\nConfidence writing structured user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira\nWorking knowledge of the Salesforce data model and standard processes like lead-to-cash and case management\nExcellent written English and experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional stakeholders\nIt’s a plus if you also have\nMulti-cloud experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Experience Cloud\nGathered requirements for integrations using native connectors, Workato or other iPaaS and middleware tools\nA background in SaaS or enterprise software companies\nAbout Lucanet\nLucanet is the CFO solution platform for modern finance and tax teams, automating processes from consolidation and financial planning to tax compliance, ESG reporting, and cash management.
