This role is responsible for the day-to-day visual appearance of the store, ensuring displays, signage, and merchandising standards are executed with creativity, consistency, and attention to detail to create an engaging and customer-focused shopping environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nExecutes visual merchandising standards, floor sets, and product displays to create an engaging and cohesive retail experience.\nEnsure the sales floor is visually compelling, organized, and aligned with brand and seasonal merchandising strategies.\nSupport the development and implementation of merchandising plans that drive customer engagement and sales performance.\nMonitor visual presentation, product placement, and inventory flow to maximize space productivity and product visibility.\nTrain and coach associates on merchandising standards, product presentation, and visual upkeep expectations.\nSupports associates during floor changes, replenishment, product moves, and visual resets, as directed by the Retail Manager and/or Assistant Manager of Visual Merchandising.\nPartners with retail operations to support replenishment and efficient execution of floor changes.\nCollaborates with the retail warehouse team to receive, stock, and monitor inventory flow to the sales floor.\nWorks closelywith customer experience teams to ensure visual presentation enhances the overall guest journey.\nAnalyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify merchandising opportunities and improve product storytelling.\nMaintain cleanliness, fixture organization, signage accuracy, and visual consistency throughout the store.Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performing team culture aligned with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Belonging principles.\n\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nAnalytical Rigor: Simplifies complex problems by using critical thinking to evaluate problems, gathering information, incorporating multiple perspectives, understanding causes, andidentifyingbest-possible solutions.
