Learn more about Lucchese Bootmaker at www.lucchese.com.\nGeneral Summary:\nReporting to the Credit Supervisor, the Cash Reconciliation Specialist will be able to demonstrate a high level of organization and time management, strong problem-solving skills, and reasoning as well as a high degree of attention to detail. Must be a “self-starter” and be able to work effectively.\nCustomer Experience & Business Performance Focus:\nAct as a liaison between our customers and management to ensure that service reflects the brand strategy that meets the needs of the business.\nProvide feedback to supervisor to maximize and optimize resources in support of company’s goals and objectives in serving customers.\nLeadership Focus/Steward of the Brand:\nUnderstand and communicate the Lucchese brand aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to internal and external customers.\nNetworking and creating positive relationships with internal customers in support of company’s goals and objectives in serving customers.\nCommunicate with supervisor on a weekly basis to maintain an understanding of the company’s goals and priorities.\nOperational Excellence Focus:\nResponsible for daily applying and depositing cash in NetSuite from retail stores. \nUpdate and send daily summary report monthly. \nDaily reconciliation of store cash drawers, Safe and cash flow.\nAs needed collaborate with IT team to identify discrepancies in data flow between retail POS and accounting systems.\nResolve discrepancies in bank deposit versus store deposits. \nAs needed assist with training with other team members.\nAssist stores in any cash related issues.\nAs needed, assist with daily bank deposit report. \nPerform customer account reconciliations. \nInterface with all levels of organizational personnel.\nAssist in collections for wholesale customers if needed. \nRe-class incorrect payments on customer accounts. \nParticipate in physical inventory cycle counts and reconciliation process. \nAssist in preparation of Lead Schedules for Year-End Audits.\nSupport the Month-End system close. \nAny other additional task requested by Senior Management.\nSkills & Abilities Required:\n+1 years cash application and collections experience preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nBilingual (English / Spanish) a plus\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel\nAble to multi-task, plan and prioritize work effectively. \nNetSuite experience a plus \nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting for extended periods of time\nAble to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.\nReports to: Credit Supervisor\nJob Segment: Credit department -
