The people behind that craft work across our factory, distribution center, retail stores, customer service team, and corporate offices and we're looking for a Recruiter to help us find the next generation of them.\nAs our Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring across the company, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers, HR, and community organizations to hit hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while giving every candidate an experience worthy of the Lucchese name.\nWhat you'll do\nTell the Lucchese story\nWrite compelling job ads and recruiting content for job boards, social media, and community channels.\nRepresent Lucchese at job fairs, hiring events, workforce programs, and school partnerships.\nKeep candidates engaged with clear, consistent communication from first contact to first day.\nBuild the pipeline\nDesign targeted sourcing strategies for production, distribution, retail, customer service, and corporate roles.\nGrow warm talent pools through networking, research, and outreach.\nExpand partnerships with schools, workforce groups, and military transition programs.\nUse recruiting tools to track sourcing performance and candidate flow.\nSelect great people\nScreen candidates for skills, experience, and culture add.\nAdminister and interpret assessments or work samples.\nCoordinate interviews and coach hiring managers on interview best practices and selection.\nGet new hires off to a strong start\nManage pre-employment steps accurately and on time.\nPrepare new-hire files, ADP profiles, and onboarding documentation.\nPartner with HR and hiring leaders on a smooth, engaging onboarding experience.\nKeep it compliant and running smoothly\nEnsure recruiting complies with federal, state, and local employment laws.\nProtect the confidentiality of candidate and employee information.\nMaintain candidate and requisition records in ADP Workforce Now and support HR administration.\nLook for ways to make hiring faster and better.\nWhat you bring\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across corporate, retail, manufacturing, or distribution.\nA solid working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.\nExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect with candidates on the factory floor, in the stores, and in the office.\nStrong organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.\nConfidence coaching and influencing hiring managers.\nSharp interpersonal and negotiation skills, with consistent discretion and professionalism.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HRIS tools (ADP Workforce Now).\nNice to have\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\nAgency or high-volume recruiting experience.\nPhysical requirements\nExtended periods walking in a production environment and sitting at a computer.\nOccasionally lift up to 30 pounds.\nTravel by car or plane up to 15% of the time, including overnight stays.\nWhy Lucchese\nYou'll shape how a heritage brand grows its team with a visible role across every part of the business, from the bootmakers who craft our product to the people who bring it to customers.
