This role will drive strategic programs that support manufacturing excellence, logistics optimization, and digital transformation across our global operations. IT PM will be responsible for managing complex technical IT projects and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. IT PM will play a pivotal role in aligning technical solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless deployment, and enhancing our product impact. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments, champions cross-team collaboration, and drives meaningful change. If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent project management skills, and seek a purpose-driven career, this is the role for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end program execution for factory systems initiatives including SAP S4/HANA enhancements, SAP/PLM/MES integrations, and infrastructure modernization \nLead cross functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of all technical aspects of software focused projects on time, within scope and budget.\nAssist teams on mapping technical and architectural dependencies, especially related to integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure services.\nOversee technical feasibility assessments and design walkthroughs with vendors and internal teams \nPromote Agile best practices, act as a change agent to foster an Agile culture and help teams improve their Agile maturity and performance.\nCoordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contractual obligations and SLAs are met.\nDevelop, maintain and execute risk management plans.\nResponsible for ensuring policies and security practices are integrated into project planning and execution.\nSupport organizational change management (OCM) efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing resistance, and preparing users for technology changes.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, schedules, RACI matrices, and post-mortem reviews.\nManage stakeholder expectations and communication across multiple geographies and business units \nEnsure adherence to SDLC and IT governance standards, including SLA and KPI reporting \nRequired Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain IT \nStrong understanding of factory systems architecture, including MES, SAP, PLM and integration platforms.\nProficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills\nExperience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution\nExperience with global program coordination and stakeholder engagement.\nDesirable Attributes:\nAbility to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.\nStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.\nPMP Certification or Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)\nAutomotive and Manufacturing experience will be big plus\nSalary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.\nBase Pay Range (Annual)\n$121,800—$167,420 USD\nCompensation& Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
