Through trusted partnerships, innovative processes, and cutting-edge technologies, we enable operational excellence across Lucid’s manufacturing and facilities footprint.\nAbout the Role\nThe BIM Engineer serves as Lucid’s subject matter expert for Building Information Modeling, Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, and model governance. This role ensures consistent BIM standards and digital coordination practices that provide accurate, traceable, and maintainable project information from initial design through construction and long-term facility operations.\nWhat You Own\nDefine, maintain, and enforce Lucid BIM standards, file-naming conventions, and digital deliverable requirements.Configure and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, including permissions, workflows, issue tracking, and model coordination environments.\nManage Revit templates, model health checks, linking and shared coordinate workflows, and ensure optimized model usability.\nOversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination, reviewing federated models for compliance and alignment across trades.\nEstablish document-control requirements, including naming conventions, metadata, and version management.\nDefine as-built and handover deliverable requirements, coordinating receipt of final models, drawings, and supporting records.\nIdentify gaps in existing facility documentation and support corrective measures in coordination with internal and external partners.\nProvide BIM training, technical support, and process guidance to internal teams and external project stakeholders.\n• Develop dashboards, reports, and automation strategies to improve traceability and BIM process efficiency.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.\n6+ years of experience with BIM execution and governance for large-scale building or industrial projects.\nProficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD platforms.\nExperience creating BIM Execution Plans, model templates, and naming conventions.\nFamiliarity with automation tools or scripting for BIM processes.\nBackground in developing digital handover strategies and lifecycle documentation standards.\nUnderstanding of BIM standards, metadata structures, and model coordination practices.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional and external partner interactions.\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job-related communications.\nWork Requirement\nOnsite presence required at the Lucid facility in Casa Grande, AZ.\nAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
