The Senior Sales Specialist  is responsible for generating new vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, managing key accounts, and guiding customers through the complete ownership journey. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, lead conversion, and business development, while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand representation.

A proven track record of success in automotive sales, an established professional network, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the premium EV marketplace

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Business Development & Customer Experience

  • Drive new and used vehicle sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities, developing key accounts, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through delivery.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through consultative selling, tailored solutions, vehicle demonstrations, and a seamless end-to-end ownership experience aligned with Lucid's luxury brand standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving customer loyalty, referrals, and repeat business while balancing customer satisfaction with commercial discipline and pricing integrity.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity to consistently achieve sales, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Leverage market networks and strategic partnerships to generate new customer opportunities and support local B2B sales growth in collaboration with the Corporate Sales team.

Market Intelligence & Commercial Strategy

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Lucid products, technology, ownership benefits, and financing solutions.
  • Monitor premium EV market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, translating insights into effective sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Support customer events, product launches, test-drive programs, PR activities, and brand activations to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Ensure showroom and demonstration vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and contribute to an exceptional retail environment.
  • Manage finance-related administrative activities, including the accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient business operations and customer experiences.
  • This position will be requires the successful candidate to become authorized to provide Santander Consumer Finance and vehicle loan products.

Experience & Knowledge

  • 5-8 years of successful experience in automotive sales.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience within premium, luxury, or electric vehicle brands is highly desirable.
  • Established network of professional and commercial contacts that can be leveraged to create sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the premium EV market and emerging mobility trends.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and key accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Fluent in Norwegian & English.

Compensation& Benefits:  Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive  benefits package  including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.  Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
