By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.\nRole Purpose\nFacilitate service center operations by managing customer interactions, coordinating manpower and facilities, and ensuring targets related to customer satisfaction, customer retention, and productivity are achieved while following company procedures and standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections, including checking for body damage, valuables, and accessories, and document findings with the customer. \nSupport achievement of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer retention goals through professional customer engagement. \nCoordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments, diagnostics, and final vehicle inspections to ensure repairs meet customer expectations. \nPromote a \"Guest Centric\" and \"Fix-It-Right\" mindset within the service team. \nCoordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of spare parts and timely vehicle delivery. \nFollow up on service complaints, issues, and concerns and escalate them to the Workshop Floor Manager when necessary. \nMonitor service progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process. \nMinimum Requirements\nExperience: +3 years of experience in automotive service operations, customer service, and service center activities is preferred. \nTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle inspection, service processes, and coordination with technicians and parts departments. \nCommunication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with customers and coordinate with internal service teams. \nCompensation& Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off.
