Coordinate resolution activities with stakeholders to maintain execution timelines. \nParts Return Coordination: Support the collection, tracking, and recovery of replaced components required for engineering analysis, root-cause investigations, supplier reviews, and corrective-action validation. \nService & Field Readiness: Coordinate service-center readiness by ensuring repair instructions, tools, training materials, parts allocations, and technical communications are available before campaign deployment. \nMetrics & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators related to campaign completion, parts availability, repair effectiveness, fleet uptime, and customer impact. Identify opportunities to improve campaign-execution processes and operational efficiency. \nCustomer & Fleet Communication Support: Partner with program stakeholders to provide campaign-status updates, execution progress, readiness reviews, and fleet-performance reporting to management and customer-facing organizations. \nWhat You Bring \nRequired \n5+ years of experience in automotive quality, service operations, warranty, field actions, campaign management, supply chain, parts operations, fleet operations, program management, or related disciplines. \nBS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
