This role will work directly with the Lucid EMEA sales team to accelerate the growth of our thriving suite of products: Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and airfocus. As the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, you will be essential to Lucid’s success by understanding and demoing the product suite, as well as crafting business solutions that solve real-world problems for our clients.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and deliver custom technical demos of the Lucid product suite to prospects and customers\nBecome a respected product expert internally and source of knowledge for customers\nCreative and strategic problem solving to identify and solve inefficiencies in SE team operations\nAnswer security related questions and alleviate concerns\nEngage frequently with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges and successes\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\n2-3 years of relevant experience (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role)\nPeers would describe you as passionate, technical, hard-working, fun to be around, and someone who takes initiative\nAct as a trusted, strategic advisor to sales counterparts, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to navigate differing communication styles and collaboratively develop and execute account plans\nDemonstrate interest in customer success\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills, including presentation acumen\nDetail-oriented, organized and a good team player\nBias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas\nCan relate to Lucid Software's products and culture\nCan easily thrive working in a fast-paced, start-up-type environment\nExperience working in a customer-facing environment\nThis position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Amsterdam, NL office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAn undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or other STEM focus with strong academic performance\nExperience working in a customer facing role, in sales, or at a SaaS company\nExperience with coding, Excel formulas, or other technical software tools\nFamiliarity with Cloud Networking Architecture or Information Security is a plus\nDesign savvy and familiar with current UX design trends\nExperience with SCRUM/Agile
