In just a short time, we’ve reached millions of users globally and raised $8M from top-tier VCs.\nNow, we’re looking for a Product Manager (Monetization) whose primary mission is simple: increase user LTV and maximize revenue from every user.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn Lucida AI’s monetization strategy and roadmap\nMake increasing LTV the core product objective\nDesign and optimize pricing, paywalls, trials, subscription plans, and offers\nIdentify opportunities to increase conversion, ARPU, and LTV\nDesign, launch, and analyze A/B tests across the entire monetization funnel\nContinuously experiment with pricing, packaging, discounts, upsells, and subscription mechanics\nAnalyze user behavior, cohorts, and revenue data to understand what drives LTV\nOptimize the user journey to maximize revenue per acquired user\nWork closely with Growth, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to turn insights into experiments\nBuild a systematic monetization experimentation engine and continuously iterate based on results\nFind new monetization opportunities across the product and prioritize them based on expected LTV and revenue impact\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in product management\nStrong experience with B2C mobile apps, ideally subscription products\nDeep understanding of LTV, ARPU, conversion, pricing, and subscription monetization\nHands-on experience with paywalls, trials, pricing experiments, and subscription flows\nProven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests\nStrong analytical mindset and ability to make product decisions based on data and experiments\nExperience with tools such as RevenueCat, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar is a plus\nStrong understanding of consumer psychology and purchase behavior\nHighly experimental, analytical, and results-oriented\nFast execution and strong ownership\nComfortable working in a high-growth startup environment\nBenefits\nWhy Lucida AI\nBacked by top-tier investors -
