We’ll introduce you to LucidLink - our culture, product, and the way we work - and answer any initial questions you may have.\n\nHiring Manager Interview You’ll meet with the hiring manager for a structured interview focused on your past experience and achievements, to understand how you deliver results and approach key challenges.\n\nDesign Interview You’ll meet with our senior motion designer. This conversation is about understanding your experience and what you’re looking for, as well as sharing more about our team and current challenges. During the call, we’ll ask you to present your portfolio and talk about a project you’re proud of (30-45 min).\n\nLive Design Task In this live session with our Creative team, you’ll collaborate on a real-world challenge involving ambiguity, trade-offs, and complexity. We’re particularly interested in your thinking process, prioritization, and how you use AI to support your work. Please note that this exercise is for evaluation purposes and will not be used externally.\n\nReview Session with Design team Following the live whiteboard session, selected candidates will be invited to complete a short follow-up exercisе.\n\nFinal Interview You'll meet with our Director of Design for a final conversation.
