Scoping & Handover from Solution Consultant\nYou step in once a pilot or project is conceptually approved.\nFormal Handover\nReceive full delivery context, including:\nDiscovery findings\nWorkflow maps and agent logic\nSuccess criteria and KPIs\nPilot narrative and client expectations\nClarify:\nScope, constraints, dependencies, and assumptions\nTechnical and operational boundaries\nScope Confirmation\nTranslate high-level workflows into clear delivery components:\nAI Agent versions (v0, v1, v2…)\nIntegrations, channels, and data sources\nDashboards, reporting, and monitoring\nTraining, enablement, and documentation\nAlign internally and with the client on:\nWhat is in scope vs out of scope for each phase\n2. Detailed Planning & Backlog Management\nThis is where ideas become execution.\nYou own:\nBuilding the delivery plan and timeline:\nMilestones, sprints, and go-live checkpoints\nCross-team dependencies (AI, backend, integrations, data, CX ops)\nCreating and maintaining the delivery backlog:\nBreak down deliverables into tasks and subtasks\nAssign clear owners (AI Agent Engineers, Backend, Frontend, Data, Solutions)\nKeeping tools accurate and trusted:\nTrello / Jira / Notion as the single source of truth\nTask status, blockers, due dates, and changes\n3. Coordination & Day-to-Day Execution\nYou are the operational heartbeat of each pilot or project.\nResponsibilities include:\nRunning regular execution cadences:\nStandups and check-ins\nProgress reviews and decision syncs\nEnsuring tight collaboration between:\nSolution Consultants (business & workflows)\nEngineering and AI teams (implementation)\nClient stakeholders (CX, IT, Operations, Compliance)\nDriving execution discipline:\nClear meeting notes\nAction items with owners and deadlines\nRelentless follow-up until closure\n4. Risk, Change & Stakeholder Management\nAI agent delivery comes with moving parts - you own visibility and control.\nYou will:\nMaintain a risk & issues log covering:\nTechnical risks (data access, integrations, latency, environments)\nBusiness risks (scope creep, stakeholder shifts, external dependencies)\nManage change transparently:\nAssess impact on scope, timelines, and delivery\nAlign with stakeholders before execution\nProvide clear, consistent communication:\nStatus updates\nEscalations when needed\nExpectation management throughout the lifecycle\n5.
