You can read more about who we are and how we work here.\nThe role\nLucis analyses more than 110 biomarkers, builds personalised clinical protocols, and delivers them through an AI-powered preventive health product.\nAs our Medical ops lead, you own how clinical work runs as we scale across Europe: workflows, labs and partners, turnaround, quality, review queues, and escalation. You ship with operators.\nYou work directly with the product lead, medical team, AI team, and operations team. You think like a clinician, operate like a builder, and use AI as a daily collaborator.\nThis is not a traditional care-delivery role. It is not a content or research role. You have already run medical ops (or equivalent: clinical quality, clinical programmes) in a scaled healthtech, diagnostics, pharma, or technology-enabled care environment - not only practiced at the bedside.\nWhat you own\nClinical operations & labs\nDesign, document, and improve clinical workflows end-to-end: from blood draw and lab intake to results, review, and member follow-up\n\nOwn the relationship and operating rhythm with labs and partners: SLAs, turnaround times, incident handling, quality loops\n\nMake sure clinical standards hold as we add labs, markets, and volume\n\nClear ownership across medical, product, AI, and operations\n\nContinuous improvement from operational feedback and member outcomes\n\nReview queues & escalation\nBuild and run review and escalation processes so complex or sensitive cases move fast and safely\n\nReliable handoffs between reviewers, Medical Excellence, product, and ops\n\nCoverage, prioritisation, and turnaround for the medical review queue\n\nMedical quality and governance\nClinical review and sign-off processes (ops side: who reviews what, by when, with what audit trail)\n\nQuality-control systems, documentation standards, audit trails\n\nEscalation and medical risk-management processes\n\nClinical performance indicators\n\nProtocol & AI rollout (operational)\nSupport rollout of new biomarkers, protocols, and AI features operationally - training, queues, partner readiness, go-live quality - without owning the clinical content itself\n\nAbout you\nYou are a clinician - MD or nurse - who has practiced, and who has also run medical operations, not only delivered care. You want clinical expertise to scale through systems, labs, and operators - not only through a waiting room.\nYou create structure in ambiguous environments. You move between clinical reasoning, operations, and technology. You don’t only flag problems; you ship the fix with operators and own the workstream.\nYou’ll fit in well if\nHave a clinical qualification (MD or nurse) and roughly 3 to 5 years of hospital practice. Specialty does not matter. Interest in prevention does.\n\nHave worked in or alongside a laboratory, a diagnostics company, or a care operation, and know how a sample becomes a result\n\nCan hold a technical conversation with a biologist about a method, and a practical one with a phlebotomist about a tube\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset is highly valued\n\nYou operate well under pressure and at high pace\n\nAre fluent in French and English, spoken and written\n\nUse AI in your daily work and can explain when it fails and what you do about it\n\nWe might not be a fit if\nYou want to focus primarily on traditional bedside practice\n\nYou have only practiced and have not owned operational delivery\n\nYou prefer individual cases over scalable systems\n\nYou are looking for a research or medical-writing role more than ops ownership\n\nYou are uncomfortable with technology or AI as part of daily work\n\nYou wait for instructions rather than owning a workstream\n\nYou have little interest in labs, partners, processes, documentation, or quality systems\n\nYou prioritise predictable nine-to-five work over mission intensity\n\nPractical details\nFormat: Full-time.
