You'll write specs that agents execute, review AI-generated code with a critical eye, and make decisions that compound over time. This is what engineering looks like now. If that excites you, keep reading.\nWe'll shape the exact scope together, mobile, infra, platform, AI, full-stack, based on where you're strongest and where we need it most.\nWhat you could own:\nFull-stack vertical ownership: from data model to API to UI, you hold the whole slice and make it production-grade\n\nAlgorithms: translate clinical science (in collaboration with our medical advisors) into reproducible, auditable code\n\nSystem architecture: design scalable, HDS-compliant infrastructure on AWS (CDK/Terraform) that can handle 10× the load without rework. Maintaining strict compliance with HDS and GDPR regulations through robust security measures.\n\nEngineering culture: run rituals, raise the bar, mentor through code review and spec quality\n\nDriving engineering rituals. Driving continuous improvement through Agile development practices and cross-team collaboration.
