The role involves working with business units to identify workflow challenges, designing, prototyping and deploying AI-powered automations, connecting large language models (LLMs) with internal systems, and supporting employees in adopting new AI tools.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with different business units to identify workflow challenges that can be solved or improved using AI.\n\nDesign, prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered automations for practical business use cases.\n\nBuild and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations connecting language models with internal systems, tools, and data sources.\n\nIntegrate LLM APIs with internal platforms through APIs, webhooks, or MCP servers.\n\nDevelop prompt-engineering standards, templates, and reusable prompt libraries.\n\nPrepare user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for internal AI tools.\n\nConduct onboarding and provide ongoing support to end users.\n\nMonitor AI-tool usage, cost, reliability, and performance, and recommend improvements.\n\nKeep up with emerging AI technologies and assess their suitability for the business.\n\nSupport responsible and secure AI adoption by following internal data-security and governance requirements.\n\nQualifications / Requirements:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.\n\nAt least two years of relevant experience in AI and automation, software development, data engineering, or IT solutions delivery.\n\nHands-on experience using and integrating language models for practical business applications.\n\nUnderstanding of MCP or similar frameworks that connect AI models with external tools and data sources.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts.\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL, spreadsheets, and structured or unstructured data.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\n\nGood communication skills in English;
