Its products help tradespeople send invoices, schedule jobs and get paid right from their phone.\n They're looking for a Principal Performance Marketing Manager who will become the single owner of paid acquisition.\n This isn't a role for someone who manages channels from a distance. You'll run Meta and Google yourself, hold an external contractor on one channel to its numbers, and own cost per trial across two products: a mature one with large budgets and a new one launched this year that is still finding its channels. You'll start with an audit of current campaigns, then brief the in-house video team on creative, test new channels and verticals, and discuss growth directly with C-level.\n You'll be a great fit if you:\n have 5+ years in performance marketing, including self-serve SaaS with a subscription model;\n work in Meta Ads hands-on, or are a strong Google specialist with solid Meta skills;\n have personally managed $100k+ per month in ad spend;\n have worked with the US market;\n think in CAC, LTV and payback, and use AppsFlyer, Amplitude or BigQuery;\n speak fluent Russian and English at B2+ level.\n What you'll get:\n€7,000-8,000 gross/month;\nremote work from Europe (CET overlap), B2B contract in EUR;\noptional relocation to Cyprus;\npaid courses and conferences;\nannual team offsite abroad.\n If you'd rather fix a campaign yourself than wait for an agency report, I'd love to hear from you.","description_format":"text","description_chars":1664,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Russian","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false},{"language":"English","level":"Upper-Intermediate (B2)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Cyprus","iso":"CY","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-02T08:00:56Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":40,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.45,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":19,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:3","agency","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-10-22T06:10:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":108456,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-22T07:47:01Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3604,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-23T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":8373},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=8373"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Flucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Flucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Flucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/lucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Flucky-hunter-performance-marketing-manager"}]}
