functions and Assembly cells to execute ‘preventive and predictive’ maintenance schedules for on time execution.\n\nShould contact various machine manufacturers and suppliers for sourcing out spare parts locally and overseas.\n\nGetting quotes for spare parts from several suppliers, negotiating and Ordering for the plant and machinery maintenance.\n\nManage the maintenance team consists of technician, electrician & fitter reporting to them.\n\nInvolve in cost cutting activities and continuous improvement projects with team and individual.\n\nActively involvement in machinery Spare parts inventory control and optimization to reduce inventory carrying costs.\n\nIdentify and train the Maintenance team members as per the requirement and maintain the training matrix.\n\nDeveloping maintenance team for multitasking to increase the flexibility in the department.\n\nTo actively involve in new machinery installation activity.\n\nTo work with other departments in implementing improved process layouts and contribute to work as a team to achieve organizational goals like productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste reduction, better housekeeping standards, health and safety standards etc.\n\nPLC /HMI / VFD / PID / Process instrumentation programming.\n\nImplementing environment friendly measures on a continuous scale in Machinery and Equipment Service and activities.\nPlan and execute Preventive Maintenance plan as per its schedule with the team\n\nPlan and schedule breakdown calls based on priority.\n\nPlan and schedule process improvement and CI projects.\n\nPreparation of maintenance report on daily basis.\n\nScheduling team members for machine run hours data collection and updating system on monthly basis.\n\nScheduling team member for electricity and water consumption data collection and updating system on weekly basis.\n\nScheduling team members to execute JAFZA OFC related test and requirements.\n\nIdentify and train the Maintenance team members as per the requirement and maintain the training matrix.\n\nDeveloping maintenance team for multitasking to increase the flexibility in the department\n\nTo involve in all expansion and improvement projects\nPreparation of site for new machine installation.\n\nAssisting team members in preparation of machine layout.\n\nAssisting production and production engineering in selection of machineries.\n\nDecommission and relocation of old machineries.\n\nScheduling team members for new machine installation.\n\nTo work with other departments in implementing improved process layouts and contribute to work as a team to achieve organizational goals like productivity improvement, cost reduction, waste reduction, better housekeeping standards, health and safety standards etc.\n\nMaintaining the documentation related the maintenance activities and machine history.\n\nPreparation of PM and OPM check list based on machine manufacturer recommendation.\nPreparation of half yearly PM schedule and circulating to production department.\n\nPrinting and displaying of OPM checklist on monthly basis.\n\nPreparation of hard copy maintenance report on daily basis for PM and BM activity.\n\nTabulation the data from maintenance report to excel file as per system\n\nMonthly machine run hour monitoring and publishing machine up time details.\n\nMonitoring the status of actual PM status and reporting.\n\nMonitoring the actual H&S and Machine technical related training hours and reporting.\n\nAssigning machine code to new asset as per the asset register.\n\nAutomation of manufacturing process & design and build machines for inhouse production requirement.\n\nPreparation of concept for in-house machine manufacturing.\n\nPLC /HMI / VFD / PID / Process instrumentation programming.\n\nQualifications, Experience & Skills:\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics\n\nShould have good working knowledge about the shop floor machineries like SPM’S, Robots, Pneumatic Presses & Various Utility machines.\n\nMinimum Experience: \nMinimum 7 to 9 years of experience in Maintenance department - Machinery /Factory maintenance\n\nJob-Specific Skills:\nGood working knowledge in Electrical and Electronic control panels\n\nShould poses good manpower managing skills\n\nShould be able to handle demanding and stressful situations without compromise on work quality.\n\nShould have sound knowledge about the basic industrial machinery mechanical systems and working principles.\n\nBasic knowledge in spare parts inventory management.\n\n Behavioural
