Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.\n2) Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the development of, and implement feasibility testing of, proposed engineering solutions to provide feedback and data to validate the design.\n3) Technical Developments Recommendation: Research and suggest technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users� needs.\n4) Engineering Drawings: Create engineering drawings to support the communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.\n5) Testing: Use product specifications to design test procedures and standards.\n6) Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.\n7) Research: Carry out a range of research activities either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.\n8) Project Management: Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.\n9) Prototype Development: Perform routine tasks related to prototype development using established systems and techniques.\n10) Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
