of connected infrastructure.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering technical projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.\nYou'll ideally have:\nA minimum of 3 years' experience delivering projects within street lighting, Central Management Systems (CMS), smart cities, utilities or related infrastructure sectors.\n\nA strong understanding of hardware and software-based technology solutions.\n\nProven project management experience, including planning, reporting and stakeholder management.\n\nExperience analysing technical and project data and presenting recommendations clearly.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKnowledge of installation, commissioning and field-testing activities.\n\nAn understanding of site safety requirements and compliance standards.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, and help shape the connected cities of tomorrow.\nKey Accountabilities\nThese will include:\nUnderstands the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project \nCreate the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project data \nFormulate realistic parameters for each project, including implementation procedures and fixed timescales for installation and technical support\nEstablish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests \nOffer timely technical support to Customer Complaints and Enquiries to determine trends, causal analysis and implement preventative actions by recognising, escalating, and managing latent defect issues in order to provide world-class after sales technical support, including innovative support through the user interface\nDevelops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.\nDetermines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; collaborating with internal personnel to complete specific tasks.\nDetermines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies to support installation.\nDetermines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.\nMaintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.\nControls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.\nPrepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; generating compelling proposals and programme plans to continually improve and develop Ki. \nMaintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.\nMaintains project data base and project folders\nMaintains product and company reputation by complying with the necessary regulations.\nEnsures that the customer is satisfied in all aspects of installation\nTo recommend, facilitate and support any training or educational needs, ensuring that such needs are fully identified and communicated to the business as part of the implementation process.\n Qualifications, Experience and Skills \nEducation & Experience: \n3+ years of relevant experience in commercial project work within street lighting industries or Central Management Systems preferable. \n Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nTechnical ability and understanding from enabling hardware to customer user interface.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines (Project Management)\nExcellent interpersonal and business communication skills.\nAbility to analyse data and present requirements into the business (including design skills)\nHigh level of initiative with the ability to self-motivate.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritise & support with documentation \nAbility to travel around the UK & globally\nAble to work effectively with people from different cultures / backgrounds\nSite Safety Management (up to date with the latest compliance and assessment needs)\nStrong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and
