Liaise with relevant stakeholders within LE, but not limited to LE, to ensure customer deliveries efficiency and timeously. Adaptation of products to fill customer orders accurately and timeously.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDescription of the Accountabilities\nTesting against project scopes and adaptations\nUnderstanding and testing relay schematics\nLeading product failure investigations\nReporting findings to the Quality Manager\nProduct Repairs \nProduct Testing Factory Acceptance Testing (When required) \nProvide Test Reports. \nEnsure housekeeping is done in the work area. \nWork together with the QMS Manager/Representative. \nIncoming Product Testing. \nProduct testing before dispatch. \nAssist Engineering/Technical/Contract Team with day-to-day tasks. \nAd-hoc tasks from Management as and when required. \nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS\nMinimum Qualifications, Certification and Knowledge\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in testing/warehouse (Factory) work/similar work experience\nMust be able to read electrical Schematics.\nComputer literacy in MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet.\nTeam player with strong analytical skills, able to contribute actively.\nElectrical Trade Test (Red Seal)\nJob-Specific Skills\nPrevious experience in electrical adaptation and installations.\nBe able to operate electrical test equipment.\nGood communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work proactively and maintain relationships.\nAttention to detail.\nValid Driving License.\nValid forklift permit (to obtain if not in possession of one).\nBehavioural Competencies\nSelf-driven and strong individual with passion for learning.\nGood Interpersonal skills and able to work with and engage a team.\nHas initiative and a self-starter within minimal supervision.\nAble to multi-task and take work pressure well.\nMaintain a working relationship and ability to work with all levels of people.\nNeeds to be able to take charge in a situation.\nResponsibilities :\n1) Quality Assurance Testing: Perform specified simple tests to verify that specifications are met and to reject nonconforming material or articles.\n2) Quality Assurance: Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).\n3) Operational Compliance: Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.\n4) Document Preparation: Input content into standard templates.
