Incumbent should have experience in the field of Medium voltage Switchgear ( i.e RMU and RTU’S).\nKeyAccountabilitie s\nThese will include:\nGood Product Knowledge of Switchgear, MV , LV and RTU’S..\nPreferably working from a competitive or similar product manufacturer.\nGood Knowledge of Computers and should know Word , Excel and Power Point and Sales tools like D365 ETC..\nMust have a two or four-wheeler.\nFlexibility for working in Hybrid.\nMust Know most of the Electrical contractors who are working on turnkey Projects.\nShould be familiar with all the State Distribution Utilities Requirements.\nTravel as and when required, to meet the client.\nShould be able to generate Enquiries and close the Order.\nShould be able to meet a budge of around 400 MINR from two states (i.e. Tamil Nadu & Kerala).\nCollect Payment from CP’S as per the agreed payment terms.\nPrepare an budget for this Teratory by capturing (i.e. Total Available Market, Offered and Non-Offered Market).\nRespond for Maintaining good and healthy Customer Relationship.\nGood Relationship with CP’s in this region and Motivate them to achieve the given targets.\nTrack you Sales / Revenue Target and work towards achieving. Getting DI and payment collection is the responsibility of a salesperson.\nQualifications,Experience&Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.\nExperience in sales, marketing or related field.\nMin 8+Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing\nStrong communication skills and IT fluency.\nAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.\nProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nShould have a high level of self-motivation and the ability to deliver results.\nStrong understanding of order management processes and best practices, including order booking, pricing, shipment tracking, and customer communication.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.\nExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
