Regular activities include monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to deliver secure and reliable solutions.\nRole And Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (e.g., Terraform).\n\nBuild and maintain scalable cloud architectures including networking, identity, and security components.\n\nDesign, implement, and support Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments for containerized applications.\n\nDeploy and manage applications on AKS using CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes manifests.\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot cloud resources, applications, and networking across environments.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for infrastructure and application deployments.\n\nAutomate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using scripting and cloud-native tools.\n\nSupport hybrid and cross-cloud connectivity solutions (VPN, firewall, secure routing).\n\nAdminister and troubleshoot Windows and Linux virtual machines.\n\nManage Entra ID (Azure AD), including access controls, identity governance, and security policies.\n\nMaintain and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.\n\nEnsure cloud security and compliance standards are met (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).\n\nMonitor system performance and optimize resources for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, architecture, and deployment activities.\n\nProvide guidance and mentorship on cloud and DevOps best practices.\n\nStay current with emerging cloud technologies and security trends.\n\nQualifications And Education Requirements\n6+ years of experience designing and supporting cloud environments, preferably in Azure.\nStrong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar) and cloud automation.\nHands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), including AKS or similar platforms.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)\nStrong understanding of cloud networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, routing, private connectivity).\nExperience managing identity and access using Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and M365.\nExperience administering and troubleshooting Linux and Windows Server environments.\nSolid understanding of cloud security best practices, including least privilege access and secure networking.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems.\nStrong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and operational efficiency.\nExperience with cost optimization and cloud resource management.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.\nPreferences\nExperience with healthcare or PBM-related cloud environments is advantageous.\nFamiliarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (including OCI or AWS).\nExperience with VMware (vSphere / ESXi) environments.\nExposure to platform engineering practices and scalable cloud architectures.\nRelevant certifications (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes) are a plus.\nKnowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nThis is a largely sedentary role; however, some standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required.
