Fullstack Developer (all genders)

Tasks

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain web applications supporting Lufthansa Group’s loyalty program
• Build and enhance backend services using Java/Spring and frontend applications using React/JavaScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment
• Implement and integrate APIs, business logic, and user-facing features
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
• Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to deployment and release activities
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical solutions
• Utilize modern development tools, including AI-assisted development solutions where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring and React/JavaScript
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Practical experience with Git and CI/CD
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2/C1)
