Tasks

What you’ll do:

Sustainably support and coach one or more agile teams to reach their full potential
Foster an environment focused on continuous improvement and high performance
Guide teams to deliver valuable increments that consistently meet the Definition of Done
Facilitate Agile practices and tools, including workshops and scaling patterns
Coach teams on Scrum values and Agile principles to embed an agile mindset
Proactively remove impediments to ensure steady team progress
Assess team dynamics and apply team-building techniques for enhanced collaboration
Cultivate a culture of openness, trust and transparency
Support product management and teams as they navigate organizational change
Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters
Lead or contribute to special initiatives that drive innovation and growth

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

Solid knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks (practical, not dogmatic)
Basic understanding of SAFe and Kanban

3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
Creative, open-minded and eager to learn from mistakes
Outcome oriented with excellent communication skills
Passion for Agile roles and strong interpersonal abilities
Strategic mindset, innovative and assertive
Customer-focused, fluent in English (B2/C1)
