This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining strategy, building execution capability, managing multi-functional programs and delivering measurable digital outcomes aligned to LTSI Vision 2030.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities : \n\nProgram and Transformation Leadership : \n\n- Define and manage the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.\n\n- Lead cross-functional programs across MRO, supply chain, engineering and operations.\n\n- Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning - execution - go-live - benefits tracking).\n\n- Set up program governance (KPIs, RAID logs, milestones, status tracking).\n\n- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, cost and quality.\n\nAnalytics and Data Platforms : \n\n- Manage delivery of dashboards and analytics solutions across business functions.\n\n- Convert business needs into structured analytics projects with clear timelines and outputs.\n\n- Ensure standardization of KPIs, reporting frameworks and data governance.\n\n- Drive adoption of self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making.\n\nDigital Execution and Technology Innovation : \n\n- Execute digital projects including automation, system upgrades and data platforms.\n\n- Ensure smooth implementation and integration of new technologies with existing systems.\n\n- Drive execution of innovation initiatives, including POCs and scaled deployments.\n\nTeam Leadership and Talent Development : \n\n- Lead and manage a cross-functional digital team (of 10+ professionals) to ensure timely project delivery.\n\n- Assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure accountability across team members.\n\n- Design and drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning and talent retention strategies.\n\nStakeholder and Executive Management : \n\n- Act as the key point of contact between business, IT and LTSI/LHT leadership teams.\n\n- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities and alignment across projects.\n\n- Conduct regular program reviews, steering meetings and status reporting.\n\nBusiness Development and Center of Excellence : \n\n- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to pitch solutions.\n\n- Contribute to building digital and analytics capabilities within the organization.\n\nAgile and Delivery Excellence : \n\n- Drive adoption of Agile/Hybrid delivery models across projects.\n\n- Ensure structured project planning, sprint tracking and timely releases.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n- Certifications in PMP, PGMP, SAFe, or equivalent are strongly preferred.\n\n- 12+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation or IT Leadership roles.\n\n- 4+ years in a senior leadership position with direct ownership of transformation programs and teams.\n\n- Demonstrated experience in aviation / aerospace industry is highly preferred.\n\n- Hands-on experience or good knowledge of analytics, AI/ML solutions delivered at production scale.\n\nSkills\nProgram Management,
