  • Contribute across the AI delivery lifecycle from experimentation and prototyping through to production deployment and operational support.

  • Collaborate with platform engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise services and customer journeys.

  • Support Responsible AI, model governance, monitoring, auditability and risk management requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.

  • Investigate emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas for improving products, processes and engineering practices.

  • Work closely with Product, AI Engineering, Architecture and Software Engineering colleagues to translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and engineering communities to continuously improve team capability and technical quality.

  • Experience working with conversational AI platforms and customer-facing AI applications.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including exposure to services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery and Kubernetes.

  • Understanding of CI/CD, version control and software delivery best practices.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
