You'll focus on helping customers build deeper banking relationships by creating experiences that contribute positively to their everyday lives and encourage primary banking behaviours.\nWorking with engineering teams and many business partners, you will balance customer needs, commercial goals, regulatory requirements, and technology opportunities to achieve meaningful outcomes. As a senior leader in the product community, you will develop product capability, foster innovation, and champion a customer-first culture.\nDefine and deliver product vision, strategy, and objectives and key results for customer propositions and journeys.\nLead initiatives that increase proposition adoption, customer engagement and relationship depth.\nFoster progress in essential banking activities, including salary credits, expenditure patterns, and payment of bills.\nDeliver initiatives that improve customer retention and lifetime value.\nOwn product roadmaps and prioritisation decisions, ensuring focus on the highest-value opportunities.\nPartner with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Risk and Customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes.\nUse customer insight, analytics and experimentation to find opportunities and optimise performance.\nTrack and improve growth, engagement, retention and customer value metrics.\nEmbed Consumer Duty, conduct and regulatory requirements into product decisions.\nMaintain strong operational resilience and control standards across product delivery.\nTrain and assist Product Leads while advancing product excellence and decisions grounded in evidence.\nWhy join us?\nThis is an opportunity to help shape the future of banking at one of the UK's largest financial services organisations.
